- What documents do I need if I want to start a project with Construyo?
- In order to initiate the planning of your construction project, we first need to know more about the current situation. In addition to the get-a-quote form, it is best to upload all relevant and already existing documents about the project. This can be photos of the wall that is to be broken through, or floor & construction plans. This way we’ll have a necessary overview to advise you on your project before we contact you.
- How long does it take to receive an offer?
- After you have filled out the get-a-quote form and sent us all the relevant documents, you will be contacted by telephone by our building experts. Within the next 48 hours, you will receive several offers for your request, from which you can then choose. Ask for a quote now.
- What prices can I expect for the static calculations?
- Unfortunately there is no general answer to this question, as the price for the static calculations depends on several factors. On one hand, of course, the larger and more complex the building project, the more extensive the services of the structural engineer. The nine service phases (Leistungsphasen) according to the fee schedule for architects and engineers, provides an initial overview of the possible services.
- My previous structural engineer cancelled my project. Can Construyo guarantee that this will not happen again?
